Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces presents a Night Hike and Camp Fire at the historic Deering Estate in Palmetto Bay on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Guests will enjoy a guided trek through the tropical hardwood hammock toward Cutler Creek, with opportunities to spot nocturnal wildlife including owls, before gathering around a warm campfire under the open sky. Tickets are $25 per person, with a 10% discount for Deering Estate members. Spaces are limited, and attendees are encouraged to bring a flashlight, water, insect repellent, and s'mores supplies.
