Santa's Workshop at CityPlace West Palm Beach returns this holiday season, giving families the chance to meet Santa Claus and snap a memorable holiday photo entirely free of charge. Running every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from November 14 through December 24, 2026, the experience includes a magical snowfall each evening at 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, and 8:30 PM — a rare South Florida treat perfect for kids and adults alike. Presented by Bank of America, the event operates on a first-come, first-served basis with no reservations required. Bank of America cardholders enjoy exclusive early access on Fridays from 5:00–6:00 PM, while general admission runs 6:00–8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 5:00–7:00 PM on Sundays. Attendees are responsible for their own photos.
